Relax, curious readers, this is not an article about old “gangsters,” or an exposé about a growing criminal element in Wildomar. (Editor’s note to Zak: This would be a good spot to make a satirical wisecrack about outside consultants or the Chamberpot of Commerce).

Rather, two thoughtful local citizens, “G”ene Trosper and “G”eorge Taylor, have each taken the time to weigh in on Measure D, in separate letters to the editor of the Opinion section of the Californian.

As a part of another “G,” Gil Rasmussen’s civic contribution to the political process, he includes both opinion pieces on the front page of Wildomar Magazine for your consideration, as follows:

G. Trosper, is first, but only because I found his letter first.
